1. Shipping Address Accuracy

All orders are shipped to the address entered by the customer during checkout. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all address details are correct and complete, including street name, house or apartment number, postal code, and any additional delivery information. Errors or missing details may result in delivery issues.


2. Recipient Availability

Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order. Delivery carriers may attempt delivery more than once. If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be held at a local postal office for a limited period before being returned to the sender.

If the package is not collected within the carrier’s designated timeframe, the order may be returned and additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.


3. Address Errors and Undeliverable Orders

We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned for this reason, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the package. Refunds are not issued for delivery failures resulting from address errors.


4. Order Processing

Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days following payment confirmation. This period includes order verification, packaging, and dispatch.


5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once an order has been dispatched, tracking details will be sent using the contact information provided at checkout.

For international shipments, tracking updates may take several business days to become active after shipment.


6. Estimated Delivery Timeframe

Estimated delivery time generally ranges from 10 to 20 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and local postal services.


7. Product Origin and Split Shipments

Our products are sourced from certified suppliers located in various regions.

In some cases, items within the same order may be shipped separately if they are dispatched from different warehouses. When applicable, separate tracking information will be provided.


8. Shipping Methods and Delivery Attempts

Orders are shipped via standard postal or courier services.

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful, the package may be redirected to a local postal office for customer pickup. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and collecting their packages within the carrier’s holding period.
